Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn and in pristine condition
• Returned in original packaging with all tags and labels intact
• Free from signs of wear, scent, or damage
To initiate a return, please contact our Client Services team at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item.
Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty.
Exchanges & Store Credit
You may choose:
• An exchange for a different size or style (subject to availability), or
• A store credit, redeemable within 12 months of issue
Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and approved by our team.
